Galleria Mazzini Genoa Genova Italy Shopping Arcade People Vtg. Photo 19thC.
This quality reprint of a vintage photo shows a high-angle view of the bustling Galleria Mazzini in Genoa, Italy. The photograph captures the impressive glass and iron roof and the elegant architecture of the covered shopping street. Built between 1870 and 1880, the gallery was inspired by similar arcades in Milan and Paris and is a prime example of late 19th-century commercial architecture.
