This quality reprint of a vintage photo shows a Persian tea merchant in traditional attire poses for a studio portrait in Tiflis (now Tbilisi), Georgia. He carries two large teapots and a tray, showcasing the tools of his trade. Historically, Tiflis was a major multicultural city on the trade routes of the Caucasus, with a significant Persian community.
