White Star Line RMS Teutonic Captain Officers Ship Deck Vtg. Photo 19thC.
This quality reprint of a vintage photo shows the captain and officers of the RMS Teutonic pose for a group portrait on the ship's promenade deck. Launched in 1889 for the White Star Line, the Teutonic was a notable ocean liner of its era. It was one of the first armed merchant cruisers and briefly held the Blue Riband for the fastest westbound transatlantic crossing in 1891, showcasing the pinnacle of late 19th-century maritime engineering.
