Turkey River Pleasure Boats Rowboats Bridge Scenery Recreation Vtg. Photo 19thC.
This quality reprint of a vintage photo shows people enjoy a leisurely day in pleasure boats on a tranquil river in Turkey, with a wooden bridge in the background. This scene is reminiscent of the popular recreational areas known as the 'Sweet Waters' near Istanbul, which were favored spots for excursions and boating during the late Ottoman period.
